Transactions on customers, vendors, vehicles and parts are all automatically posted to the correct general ledger accounts. Costing and inventory values are also deeply embedded in the product.
MSDMS™ for Microsoft Dynamics™ AX delivers a state-of-the-art accounting system, which is developed to comply with accounting standards and practices in over 40 countries and customised to the needs of automotive dealers.

MSDMS™ provides complete functionality for modern inventory management, including parts sales and purchasing.
The individual parts department gets a dynamic and navigable overview of current parts stock on hand, detailed information on availability by warehouse and location as well as always up-to-date data on the requirement for purchasing parts to replenish the parts inventory and much more.
The parts inventory is always up-to-date, as it is deeply integrated with the purchase and sales systems. The financial value of stock is also completely integrated.

Service
During a workshop visit, MSDMS™ provides a quick summary of the agreements and tasks regarding the service. The service manager and technicians get a full, dynamic and navigable overview of history and task structure – all information on items such as time spent, follow-up agreements or spare parts are continuously registered in the workshop order that has been created.
MSDMS™ allows the workshop’s time to be calculated continuously, but it is also possible to work with standard labour times – both options can be combined with the relevant stock lists, estimates and work plans.
Fully integrated Electronic Parts Catalogues, warranty claim preparation and submission into manufacturers’ systems (when available) ensure accurate and efficient management.
