The Salesperson
Following the sale of a new car, the salesperson enters information about the customer into MSDMS™ for the system to create both a sales contract and a vehicle order, which will follow the car from then on. This enables all the involved employees to have a detailed overview of the various tasks that occur in connection with the sale. The salesperson also has a summary of the order and future dealings concerning the car. The sale is just one part of the total process. MSDMS™ can also be used for sales of second-hand cars and car rentals.
The Service Manager and Technicians
During a work shop visit, MSDMS™ provides a quick summary of the agreements and tasks regarding the service. The service manager and technicians get a dynamic and navigable overview of history and task structure and all information on items such as time spent, follow up agreements or spare parts are continuously registered in the work shop order that has been created.
Workshop orders
Each point in an open window can be explained in more detail with a simple click, and the subsequent workshop orders are created automatically and updated continuously.
